They said my bill was 0. Today I receive a bill for over $200 and suddenly nothing can be done about it. Well have some bad press with my $$

Verizon is one of the worst wireless companies. We paid $134/month with T-Mobil and pay $254/month with Verizon. Bad service too. Drop calls

My phone is not working, no dial tone. I called and was transferred 12 times and told to call back Monday. I can't call 911 or use my alarm.
