Could not transfer data from trial account, poor customer service and refusing to allow cancellation within two days of purcahse.

Salesforce.com absolutely sucks. They overpromise and underdeliver. Support sucks. In fact, if they try to sell you "Premier Support", RUN!

salesforce.com has poor customer support, deceptive billing practices and a bloated complex platform.

salesforce.com locks you into annual plan even if you were told by their sales sharks it was quarterly. Don't trust these liars.

SalesForce.com is a license time bomb. You're screwed if you need to tap into self-serve functions. Use SugarCRM CE OpenSource instead!

I've had the exact same experience. Why on earth should a simple customer database with basic workflow cost $150/month per user?

They are great at the bait and switch. They show you the full product and give you a price for the very limited version.

Salesforce sells very well, but their platform has numerous broken/missing features. Its an exercise in limitations and workarounds.

All of the comments here are true. Professional Edition is a trap. You will have to upgrade. The damn thing is way too complex.

Salesforce.com Premier Support has been outsourced to a sick company in India called "HCL TECHNOLOGIES". People here dont know computer.

I agree. HCL India support is the most horrible dev support i have ever experienced. Ppl can even speak proper English.It Sucks really.

SF.com stinks. Our company rolled it out, no one can use it, cant pull reports, very time consuming. There is no reason to use it, RUN

Even if their software doesn't work.....they will not allow you to cancel even 2 weeks later. We invested far too much time....
