Stay far, far, far away. I could tell a long story and it would make you mad just to hear it. Do yourself a favour: STAY AWAY FROM PRIMUS!

They are resellers of Bell Canada and depend on Bell for services!! Consumers beware!! Bell in disguise, they depend on Bell techs!

Rude and disrespectful reps, called me an idiot and hung up 2x. Claimed I didn't pay although bank disagrees, waiting for reconnection now!

After 5 years as a customer - $60 termination fee even though I wanted to remain a customer.

Disconnected my phone by mistake & have lied extensively about service coming. 4 days no phone. HORRIBLE service.Reported to BBB. STAY AWAY!

Do not use this crooks , I wait 5 days no phone. I am going to file a claim to a small claim court.

Adding on.Their internet is plain slow it takes like 1 week to change from lite to high speed. There is no diff. (other than cost)

No diff. b/n lite and norm. high speed. From their #'s its suppose to be 4-5x the speed. A lot of the time i fail to load pages.

Can't provide service agreed to in contract, expect you to pay anyway. Difficult and unreasonable to deal with. Complete disregard of client

Cancelled service because of poor quality. Returned box by Canada Post promptly. Then received bill for $150 for equipment loss.

I got to waste an 1h15m of my time and my airtime on my cel to find out useless information that should have been included in the e-invoice.

Helpless customer support in India. They can charge you by mistake for $200, and refuse to return $. They forget you cancellation requests.

Never give your credit card number. or just stay away from this JUNK COMPANY!!!

Called to make a change to services. Asked when my contract was up... they got all nasty with me, put on hold long... now I will cancel!

When moving I waited 23 days to get my internet reconnected. After 3 weeks, service went down again for 6 days Now both phone & intnet down.

Accidentally cancelled my service, no reconnect for 15 days, tried to increase monthly billing, charged me disconnection fees and double bil

Be advised and NOT naive - AVOID Primus Canada. Cheaper is not better and very often even more expensive.

After sweet invitation, you are lucky if you pay and get right service. If not, you just pay without service. They dont care after you sign

money grabbers, never again, 40-60 min wait to talk. don't sign up

I week after activation I'm still waiting for my high speed. Tech support says I'm not a customer and customer support says I am.

DO NOT GIVE THEM ACCESS TO YOUR BANK ACCOUNT.according to TD bank,once you sign them access, there is no way to stop them from withdrawing

worst customer service -- call centers that don't know "Robert" and "Bob" are the same person -- company president ignored my lawyer letter

Wait times (30 - 40 min), Phone is still disconnected (48 hours to date) while waiting for service to switch. India call centres.

After trying to cancel our service I had to be on the phone 3 times each time holding for over an hour to finally get the service cancelled
