Kohler Sucks

Bought a Kohler toilet. It ran from the get-go. Kohler sent me a new part but want's me to pay a plumber to install it!

Don't believe the lifetime warranty on their products. THEY WON'T HONOR IT.Our product was only 2 years old.WON'T EVER PURCHASE KOHLER AGAIN
