Concur with the idea, but it would never be allowed by GSM. The business model requires constant new blood to use and abuse.

Good Luck! GSM now has a "Director of People" who is suppose to address employee concerns. Want to bet?

As long as new employees continue to sign up for the abuse GSM will never allow a Union or any better working conditions period. Don't go!
