Centurylink Sucks
They lie, customer service sucks, my phone goes out every 2 days. I want embarque back!!!! I am being penilized for being a 4 year customer.

Horrible. Charged for higher speeds than we actually got. They finally refunded $10/month for overcharge, then reduced contract to 1 year.

They suck. 3/4 of time you can't get on the internet or you have to wait and wait. How do you get a class action lawsuit going?

THEY WOULD RATHER SPEND MILLIONS ON COMPETING AGAINST THE CABLE COMPANY THAN EXPANDING THE SERVICES TO WAITING CUSTOMERS. ONLY FOR DOLLARS.

Customer service is horrible. Most have been rude, condescending and no help. Company seems fragmented. NO voice mail instructions.

Centurylink is terrible. Support is the same run around every time.Turn off system,reboot modem,FTP,ping etc...Sick and tired of the hassle!
