They lie, customer service sucks, my phone goes out every 2 days. I want embarque back!!!! I am being penilized for being a 4 year customer.

Day 5 of connection problem. Connection shuts down, cannot check email or download & lousy customer service. Want a fix not sales pitches.

I totally regret signing up for internet DSL with these idiots in Tucson. Lazy ass service techs and incompetent phone people ruin your day

Instead of sending out a technition they cut my DSL speed by 2/3rds. But still charge same price.
