Century Link doesn't seem to know they have a problem. They tell me my wireless is coming into my house. The router then doesn't process it

Ever since I was forced to switch to Century Link I find myself wanting to set my modem on fire every time I play online.

THEY HAVE LIED TO ME OVER AND OVER ABOUT THE REWARDS CARD!!! 6 MONTHS LATER NO CARD!!!THEY ERASED THE NOTES! GLEN POST HEAD CEO.HAVING HEALT

Lied about bundleing, disconnected TV service. Told me they could not unbundle my services.

A better name would be 19th-Centurylink. DSL speeds are inconsistent and unreliable and after 6 pm the internet is completely unusable.

They took out 3 payments of my account in two weeks with out my permission. Said i scheduled i didnt.Then refused to refund over draft fees.

It took an entire month to receive service after moving to Florida. They are quick to send out form emails, but never follow up. Be warned!

Numerous calls to repair phone line. No shows, showing up when not scheduled, a week later and I still do not have home phone svc. SUCKS!!!

Century link Rep informed me since I live in Texas I will have to pay an additional $18 for my landline service to be disconnected

I was told that they would send a modem. They charged me three months internet, without a modem, and now they tell me it is my fault.

totally dishonest lies sent equip back with labels they sent, now claiming never received charging me $195.how many more has it happend to ?

Customer service is a joke at this company.

Century Link took over Q-West, they have doubled the price without notification for the same service, how is this legal? How can we end this

Speed ranges from 1.5Mbps-0.10Mbps when it's not out for hours or days! This is THE WORST internet available.. might as well get dial-up!

I am 45 years old and have had cable service since I was 18. I never experienced such horrible service as I did with Century Link.

Our phone lines are down...nothing but static which in turn has affected our alarm. No customer service - automated - no help til Wed??

They did not connect my phone line correctly linking to my alarm system & now refuse to come to change anything said not their problem

Im paying for 10mbps, on average using speedtest.net which they recomended im averaging maybe 4mbps.My ping is through the roof.

First off they sold me "high speed" internet that was totally inconsistant and unreliable and when I complained they cancelled my service!

I was lied to twice about their service and the price. I would not recommend these services to anyone. The most incompetent company!
