I never received my product that I ordered OR a refund for the purchase. The consultant also had no idea what she was doing. Terrible.

I called the main company on a similar situation, they told me they are just a supplier, it's between me and the rep.

Consultant who did my sister's party was vulgar and used 4-letter words that were just plain offensive.

I resigned from this company because of unethical practices and lack of training. Stay far away from Brown Bag Party!

Brown Bag Party is allowing its reps to advertise on complaints & say someone who quit her business is to blame for company errors. SUCK!
