Draft Of New Congressional Districts In New York State Released

NEW YORK – An appointed courtroom professional published a draft New Congress Cards for New York State.

The maps would help Republicans by creating 5 districts that support the GOP and at least 4 others where Republicans can be aggressive.

The reworked maps also change the equation in Democratic districts.

According to the New York Times, Democratic Representatives Jerrold Nadler and Carolyn Maloney were drawn to a single neighborhood spanning all of Manhattan.

A courtroom will review the maps for two days before a final version is expected to be certified by a judge on Friday.
