I placed an order 12/13/09. It's 1/19/10, no merchandise and they won't answer my e-mails. They charged my account within 3 days, though.

Ordered a video in early December, paid extra to have it delivered by Christmas. Jan. 15, Still haven't seen it, no customer service at all
