This is the worst phone and interenet service I have ever had. Owning a business and relying on your phone and internet is key.

If you DARE to switch from their $5 calling plan, they screw with you, keep billing you anyway, and drop your long distance too!

Why is Winstream so bad...1. normal wait time for customer service is 30 min. 2. reps either lie or can't help 3. refuse to port #s!

They took over our local phone co. months ago.I would say we have internet 60% of the time.(just dropped now!!!) and we call all the time!!
