Windstream communications Sucks
They took over our local phone co. months ago.I would say we have internet 60% of the time.(just dropped now!!!) and we call all the time!!
Let me finish here..... We have had problems for many months. We have called a lot and get a different story everytime. One "solution" was to just keep my telephone unplugged (supposedly our phone lines could have been "noisy")!!! WHAT?!?! We bought a $100 dollar modem per their "suggestion" and bought filters a few times (that was their most common answer). My daughter had a few friends over and her internet was down and they all said "You have Windstream?" "They suck!" So, I know its not just us~ their families have had problems as well. Oh, and when you do call, you get a cocky, know-it-all rep that leaves you feeling like it's YOUR fault! I have never written a bad review on anyone, but I couldn't just let this go!
