they dont have "customer service"Once the sales man gets your $ they have you locked into contract so theres not much you can do but wait.

After meeting with a sales man I purchased 10 windows, Frames and Jambs from window world. I was told i needed to put down a deposit to get the windows ordered and that once i put the deposit down the "customer service" department would schedule my install date. This wasnt so...Once they had half of the total of $4365.00 they never contactd me unitl after i would call and call and leave messages. I later found out that the "customer service" department has developed a habit of checking the caller I.D. whenever the phone rings. So basically they answer the phone when they want to and for whom they want to.  I Finally get an installation crew into my home and they were professional and i was happy. However, There was one window which came in incorrectly..It was not the right size. So the install crew told me that they would have the window re-ordered and that they would insure that there was a "RUSH" put on it. They would have the "customer service" department call me the next buisness day to confirm the new install date as well as to confirm the final payment of the other half of $4365.00..Needless to say they never called. Not to apologize about the incorrect window,the delay,the confusion or to discuss the final amount due. These wonderfull ladies simply took it upon themselves to charge my credit card without notifying me. 7 weeks from the initial install i finaly get a call about my final window. They scheduled me for 9am on a friday. The friday in queston arrives and i get a call from the installer(not the same crew). He cant make my appointment because he is running behind..Now i took time off to be here and this guy is not coming..After some discussion i finally get him to commit to 2pm that day..he calls me at 2 says he is on his way. E.T.A is 10 minutes..he doesnt show uo for another hour and a half. 1 window partially installed takes him 5+hours. .after 5 hours he informs me that he doesnt have the correct amount of material it takes to complete the job.He informs me that he will return the next morning @ 9am to complete the job..Needless to say he doesnt show up at 9am he shows up nearly at 12pm.after working for 3 more hours still is unable to complete the job and takes off to return in 20 minutes..He calls me 2 hours later and says he needs to return on sunday(of course at 9am) to complete the job. Since daylight was just about done for the day i had no choice but to agree. he shows up after 11am and takes another 2 hours to not fully complete the job.All of the windows are in but none of my windows have been caulked. so really what have i acomplished with replacement windows..Other that wiping out my bank account.NOTHING. i Have yet to recieve a follow up call on the install the quality or the profesionalism of the entire job. I have spent less at other companies and have had better a better customer service experience. Now i am stuck because i have 10 more windows i want to replace and need to find a GOOD company to do the job.
