Opened acct on a 3 month trial. Svc did not work, would not let me cancel and charged me $200 to cancel. Continue to take money from my acct

This was one of the worst companies to try and get anything done. Service was cancelled in March, and they continued to try to get money.

Vonage gear failed, support was a 25 minute wait to talk to a non-english speaker. Cancelled service and now get nightly calls to come back.
