They cleared up my invoice from the insane $1,600+ to the $65 they quoted at the time of purchasing the Mi-Fi product.

Said mi-fi use cross-country would be $65/mth & billed me $1,600+ for 2 wks. Not mentioned at signup/in contract even tho they knew my needs
