They rip off their employees. Calling them independent contractors forces them to pay both halves of taxes. Well disguised PYRAMID SCHEME.
They're seriously straddling the line of a legitimate business. Look at they're website. They have to specifically tout their BBB accredidation. They hire desperate actors with the promise of a flexible full time job. Then they tell them it's a 100% commission, but they swear they'll never leave you in a store that isn't making money for very long. False. They resort of underhanded means of making their jobs seem valuable, when there is massive turnover due abuse of employees and their time.

I worked with them and they truly do treat employees like crap. the stores were dead we were put in
Maybe it's you that sucked. It is told at the interview that it's commission, and everything else is up front. Not everyone has sales talent
