Very bad experience using this company for the 3rd consecutive time they seem to have always an excuse not to be able to deliver on time

Shipped a $1200 dishwasher for me Frm Illinois to Newyork. They dropped or threw it around. Damaged beyond repair!!! They didnt reimburse me

Don't trust UPS with your shipping. I sent a wrapped gift and UPS returned only the broken toy to me & only returned the shipment fee.

Tracking status is really vague. I still had no idea about the status of my package. They forgot to take if from the origin it looks like.

They charge a fortune to deliver a package - deliver it damaged - and then deny the claim. (After putting you off for several days.)

Say they delivered a package to the front door even though I have a sign that says deliver to front office - Package missing
