a week before the concert they told me my order is cancelled Also no one was willing to speak to me over the phone, RUDE! NEVER AGAIN!

I ordered Depeche Mode tickets to the show in Barcelona, three mounts in advance,

I also verified the order with "UK Ticket Factory" before I booked a fight & hotel,

 

They told me everything is OK, and than a week before the concert they told me my order is cancelled:

" We have been let down by our suppliers for this event and are not going to be able to get you the tickets, and that the refund takes approximately a Month"

Also no one was willing to speak to me over the phone, and their answer where rude,

NEVER AGAIN! DON'T USE!
