Installed AC unit that NEVER worked. Good thing we had a warranty, because after they came 10 times we asked for a full refund.
When they removed the AC unit, they damaged our furnace, which shared the same space in the utility closet. The AC had iced over and when the ice melted, there was a pool of water which damaged our flooring and walls.
Lousy service and I wouldn't recommend anyone use them for anything!
