TotalTire Burlington Sucks

After 2 attempts of removing and balancing( each time with damage ie dent side of box ,removing tire without jacking up vehicle) they send me another store that has better balancer.(Used Tires Inc 2432 New St Burlington) They cant drop me off or pick me up so im forced to wait!! Good thing as the technician that is reinstalling my tires strips two wheel studs and a wheel nut ! they ask me to go to napa and get replacements (are you for real!!) i end up driving tech to dealer to pu up part and back garage to install . Now im thinking atleast this inconvience is done......NOT !!!!!!! still tires at rear it seems are out of balance trucks shakes anything above 100km . So back again Sat morning to tell them , they were busy so i said ill come in Monafternoon again taking off work!!! Ater a road test techinician removes rear tires and begins to balance < i begin to notice a crack in the center towards bolt holes show him and he tells me its cause of wrong coupler on machine bla bla < after many attempts of balancing he installs rim only to find 3 + cracks im furious now and tell him that this enough dont touch other one !! he continues assurring me that it will be ok , guess what more damage !!!! then they tell me nothing they can do >> that i wanted them balanced .. are you kiddin me!!he tries to solve problem by giving me $40 off per tire on next purchase  lol righttt!i left furious and to add to he wound .. truck still shakes only now it starts at 70Km/hr!

I cant believe the service from these places!!!
