Awful co. refuses to honor contract. I paid for 2 tickets, but they sent me an incorrect ticket and now refuse to send me tickets I paid for

TICKETS PLUS SUCKS!!!! They sold me tickets to a concert that was moved and now i can't go...they won't issue a refund or credit...
