I stumbled upon this site while goggling for technical support. I bought a yearly subscription and got free Windows 7 copy I am happy now

website is a complete scam. They cold call people and try to make on that microsoft and their isp have told them to phone. Goggling? :P

I had a weird cold call from "David", Nerd Support, claiming they worked with Microsoft to stop error messages. I was quick to say goodbye!

Just had an elderly-ish neighbour scammed an hour ago. Her credit card company have agreed to cancel the payment. Spread the word!

Totally fake! - Quick google and you'll see the police are already on to it - Unless your from the ip range under investigation - LOL!

My father has also been contacted by them...its a total scam.
I can only guess that the first 2 positive reviews are from Nerd support!

they called up and got the ip address,then asked for credit card details.They kept on writing on the wordpad till i said i'll phone police

total scam, just had my 75 year old mum phone me in tears because of their aggressive sales technique.

i am also using Nerd Support's network services , i didn't find any problem with them , they are best in their services.

They also called me and showed me a bunch of error reports which he said were viruses, bollocks. not to be confused with nerdsupport!

"Nerdsupport" are a good support network "thenerdsupport" group are scammers and id like to know where they are based.
