Flowers arrived 2 days after Valentine's Day. Didn't return phone call as promosed. Didn't process refund as promised. Need I say more?

They did not deliver my order on Valentines Day, Husband was out of town and they blew it big time, I am sooo angry at them. Never use them.

Ordered flowers 4/24. Charge appeared 4/29. I called 5/4 to confirm. No flowers 5/6. No email or call 5/6 or 5/7. Called 5/9 to get refund.

Teleflora canceled Mom's flowers by e-mail too late to order more. No response to complaints. Horrible service.

Don't believe their guarantees about delivery times!!! They make big guarantees and don't stand by them AT ALL. Worst flower service ever!
