I completely agree.I have seen people working there under torment.all the time logging bugs for nothing.one shud keep d updates of their co.

Ignored Specs, delivered in 6 months instead of 2, communication was horrible

Synapse is horrible. Spent A huge amount of money on site. Mistake after mistake, server failures, payment processing issues. HORRIBLE !!!

They hacked in to my site after threatening to remove my negative reviews, traced ip to their comp. Filed an FBI cyber crimes unit complain

After bad review was left, they hacked into our sit and disabled it. How is that for "professionalism" ? FBI opened a case!!!

FBI cannot do anything until you will not file a complaint in your local police station or if you have power then come & beat Shamit Khemka
