Paid $6,000 for a wall that has cracks and white stuff oozing (that looks like bird poop) from improper drainage (I believe).

It is not inproper drainage. It is efflorence. Comes with having open pores in the concrete that traps water and that is the salt coming out

To deal with the efflorescence you can ignore it and hope it goes away or piss on it and see what that does.

Stonemakers did a retaining wall for me it cracked in 1 month now pieces are breaking off of it, and yes I have called headquarters.
