no service they mind as well give you a cup an a string. noooooo customer service you have to tell the same story to 20 people

Was told to cancel my 2 lines with Sprint instead of them making one of my numbers eligible for an upgrade... BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

They are cheats, terrible service but want money for it

Keep adding data charges for some unknown reason - I never access internet, email or anything else just used for phone calls.

On my plan you max at 1000 text messages - Where are the Unlimited plans like most companies
