Don't buy a bike service plan! It is a pain in the a$$ trying to get your bike serviced. Have to deal with ppl who have NO CLUE!

10 phone calls-almost none returned, been waiting over a month for a part-at least another week, then I have to call them to fix tredmill.

Bring the bike to the store, have them service it. You sound simple though.

I couldn't get waited on to buy a Garmin GPS or North Face back pack. Was told to email SA and would respond. No response...

I called repeatedly too, got promised the shipping charge refund-it never happened. The "survey" they sent expired in 7 days - smart. Beware

I work for sports authority and i friggen hate it. We're completely disorganized, and managers who cant manage their way out of a paper bag.

called two stores to buy an inversion table both stores said they had the model i wanted in stock. Both stores lied. never again
