I tried to call Sportcraft Customer Service 1-913-397-8200, waited for over 3 HOURS until my Phone went dead & I even tried e-mail! NOTHING!

I tried COUNTLESS time to contact them about my defective X-500 Table Tennis that I purchased from Target. Target said to call 1-913-397-8200 and sportcract would replace them. sportcraft WILL NMOT RESPOND!!!!  This will be my LAST purchase from Sportcraft!!!!!
