1. Same here. They refused to fill an order I already paid for, until I gave them proprietary company information. Like my current suppliers.

1. I place an order for bottles available for immediate deliver, after two weeks of delay they cancel the order because they did not have it

1. sks-bottle has a nice website but a quick google search shows how bad they treat customers when issues arise. My experience was no exception

1. i ordered one item. they sent me two and billed me twice. now no one will respond to my emails or call me back.
