Their credit card purchase system doesn't work. They followed up with an email saying: "we'd be happy to help". I phoned, they blamed me.

On the checkout page, it states the credit card method is "beta". We have made all efforts to advise our valued customers that this system is available, but there may be bugs, which you have unfortunately encountered. We are always happy to help our customers. We did offer you several alternate methods of payment, and have advised our IT team of your situation for their resolution.
