Siena Red LTD Sucks

"the owners" doesnt allow holidays. if you book it the two owners will take you into a board meeting to make you justify why you booked it. it will involve you having to hit a target in order for you to be given the holidays you have requested.

you will also be constantly hounded during the day as to what you are doing, what have you done, why have you done this. you should do that. not only verbal abuse that will get thrown at you but also they will drag you out for meetings to discuss how you can make a lot of money for yourself and them and if you dont perform their exact words were "we will simply find someone that will".

being hounded sometimes is good. but you must remember this was a fulltime job. being hounded like this causes stress and becomes untolerable and you stop performing and learning. i guess every boss has their own style but they act like something from a horror movie making you life hell at work not just for one day or two days of the month. but every day. its horrible to work for a company like Siena Red in Putney. Beware. go for it if you want the experience but why would you? the owners are horrible as people.
