If you like a company that will send a differant tech each time,this is the company to call.They send next avaliable person. EXPERTS? NOT!

The techs are very nice, they will offer anything you don't have. I'ts their job. The NYSE value must go up every day, ( Parent company: LENNOX) So your repair cost pays dividens to stock holders and not to the employees. I'm going localy owned where I have an input to the owner (if needed)
