I asked for a refund and was told that I needed to send my bank statements via fax to prove that I had been charged. After doing so, I still never recieved a refund. I was also told that I would recieve a new maching via ups in after a few weeks. The machine never arrived and I was continously charged month after month for 2 additional months. I finally had my bank put a stop payment on the charges. I was then told that I would have to pay a $960 cancellation fee for not fulfilling my end of the contract. I refused and my account was immediately sent to collections and the funds were drawn from my account without my knowledge. When I finally got someone on the phone they told me that there was nothing that they could do for me. I then spoke to Mr. Robirds who personally gaurenteed me that he would make sure I got a refund. I contacted the company 2 days later only to find out that I was not getting the refund I was gaurenteed. As far as I am concerned I paid for 5 months of service, called tirelessly looking for help, and when I finally gave up, I was penalized almost 1000.00.
