These guys provide a great service. Very impressed with their professionalism, serviceability, and best of all, they're located in the US!

They removed the virus I had! $80 too. Cheaper than geek squad wanted to charge us.

Joe Clark just completed a complicated anti-virus job on my PC and afterwards solved 5 minor issues. Professional, well done and AAA+.

Secure remote provides our company with support for our three computers. Over the last 6 months we've had excellent service and support.

They were not able to clean our computer from viruses. Did not refund money either, so beware!

secure remote cleaned up my kids' computers just fine. no troubles, affordable, great job guys!

When needed, they were not available. They did not respond w/i 24 hours. They did not refund the money I spent on a gift certificate.
