I took my car in for rear struts, new tires and oil gasket replacement- no brake problems. When I left, my front wheels were vibrating all over the place. Someone at Sears tampered with my brakes but Sears said "Not their problem".

There is absolutely no customer service in Sears. My dish washer stopped working after 6 months and it took them 5 months to replace it and

Got a Service plan. THEY DON'T HONOR IT. Call center isn't empowered to help anyone and the technicians are heartless liars.

KEPT WAITNG FOR 6 HRS. FOR REPAIR & NOT TOLD A RESCEDULE WAS NECESSARY BECAUSE OF OVER BOOKINGS. ONLY AFTER NUMEROUS CALLS WAS I NOTIFIED!:-
