Toni Valdez is the worst recruiter you can find. She has no background for her advice and is completely unprofessional.

I disagree. Scout Inc, Toni Valdez,and her company are more than professional. Her industry connections are top of the line.

She has good connections but a terrible approach. I wouldn't need a job if I had $5,000 to pay up front... Just saying. Kind of ridiculous.

Toni Valdez is a horrible recruiter. She is unorganized & unprepared. SHE was late to my interview at HER office, don't do business with her
