Provided a website for support www.vortexmsi.com that is a dead end. NO SUPPORT IS AVAILABLE REGARDLESS OF WHAT YOUR CONTRACT SAYS! BEWARE

Requires up front payment and then doesn't deliver product. Fails to honor a refund. Isn't that the same as stealing...yet he walks free!

BUYER BEWARE! RSSI has an "F" rating with the BBB. Poor service, failure to honor warranty, and failure to ship/refund items not received.
