QWEST SUCKS BECAUSE THEY SUCK ANYTHING THAT DOESN'T MOVE!!

Qwest tried to cheat me out of a $200 Qwest Rewards card promised at sign-up. Should have had it after 60 days. Now 128 days and counting.

First 2 monthly bills twice what the salesperson promised in writing. Qwest won't honor. Local TV news reports this as widespread scam.

I called to cancel they said they would month later service is still active and their customer care has NO record of the call.

How long have these reviews been here?
