primus charged me a $60 termination fee even when I had the service for over 2 years. Now I have complained to the BBB. DONT USE PRIMUS!!!!!

Support is terrible, wait for 30 mins at least. Termination charge apply when you cancel service, even when you gave notice one month before

Customer Service is non-existant. They do nothing to try and keep customers...I guest they don't need them
