Primus Canada Sucks

When moving I waited 23 days to get my internet reconnected. After 3 weeks, service went down again for 6 days Now both phone & intnet down.

No diff. b/n lite and norm. high speed. From their #'s its suppose to be 4-5x the speed. A lot of the time i fail to load pages.

After trying to cancel our service I had to be on the phone 3 times each time holding for over an hour to finally get the service cancelled

Had implementation problems. Support was useless!! Problems today again!! Support is totally incompetent as is their process!! Forget Primus

Be advised and NOT naive - AVOID Primus Canada. Cheaper is not better and very often even more expensive.
