This is a Romanian scam based in Michigan and using FALSE advertising. Don't believe the rates offered, they are a bunch of liars!Avoid!

Horible experience with Primo communications. I tryied to cancel my account three times and I couldn't ! They charged me 15 $ without reason

Long dist. ph serv.They charge ur credit/debit with out ur knowledge or authorisation, add min. to ur calls or charge for same call twice. FRAUD
