Rude and impatient staff, completely misleading info given on phone, portrait packages completely unclear, a total scam job in the making.

I completely agree. The service is horrible. At the time of my appt, I was told they would call us when they were ready for us. Not ok!

Portrait Innovations are all about making money. Rude employees, managers, inexperience photographers and they don't care about you, just $$

do not expect, EVER, to walk out of there under $100. ther are the real deal. it was like a private photographer. lower your pride bitches.

the lady on the phone was nice & told us what we would be getting well the photographer didnt seem to feel the same. i was not happy!

I agree corporate office is worthless. Lost a lot of business unless something changes. Replacing VP Johnny may help. I'm contacting BBB

Fargo ND TOP NOTCH!! We spent just over 150.00 could have been less but the pics were adorable!glad we went will go back

My pictures were very dark..the photographers flash did not work. Not happy with my pictures.
