My teacup poodle puppy was killed during a PetSmart obedience class due to the negligence of PetSmart and the trainer without action from PS

Oh my god! I am so sorry about your poodle. I just took my chihuahua ther for a nail trimming and they were so mean to her.

The facility in is messy at best and the employees are completely unuseful. They read labels off to answer questions to employees.

Petsmart of Easton, Maryland has bad customer service. Hermit crabs dead within week.
Will NEVER go there again. Will spread the word

The hype they run when you get hired is NOTHING like how they operate. These people don't live up to any promise.

Bought a plain glass fish bowl for my betta fish. Went to Walmart and saw the SAME exact fish bowl for $10 cheaper!
