Do not buy anything from PandaHall website. You will not get your product by the time promised & they are rude & dishonest. NEVER AGAIN!!

After placing my order on the 8th of Jan 2012 & being advised when selecting shipping preference it would take 3-5 days, i still had not recieved anything including email confirmation of placing an order after 8 days, to then i sent an email asking what was going on.  I was then advised that they had no record of my order and after  providing them with my paypal transaction number, they advised that they cannot access paypal details and orders. I recieved my product in 10 days.  After sending them a reply email to advise i received my order and asked what the hold up was when it was promised 3-5 days, they rudely responded with the opening sentance of \"Oh, thats it!\" and then continued to advise that all my orders will take 20-24 days to process. No where on their website or catalog does it state this process time. Completely misleading information when purchasing a product & when they are asked simple questions, they are totally rude & dishonest. Obviously not a professional organisation. Will never deal with them again! People like that need some urgent customer service skills...especially if you\'re going to be the face of the company.
