Broke thier contract, failed for 5 months to contact me as they were calling my mobile they had cutoff & Disability discrimination.

Orange have not only  failed to provide the service they claimed to provide,  but  failed to communicate properly no matter how nice the call center stalf (provided you have a orange phone and can get hold of them).They have  Discrimiated against my disability (dyslexia) then tried to blame me for it (and then had the cheek to tell me to write dates on a callender which is akin to telling a one armed man to get a wheelchair). they failed to correct my address on more than one occasion, falled to repair a mast for 8 months dispite looking at the wrong mast and knowing that  the other mast (the one that really coveres the area) wasnt working properly the whole time. which incidently was the one covering where i was living. 

after failing to contact me for 5 months as they were calling my cut off mobile phone to tell me my bill needed paying nor sending me a letter nor bill nor text message,  i got a call from a debt collection agency asking for £150 odd.

the fact all my friends and family are not on orange anymore because of this sad to say there is still more,

they used my deposit to pay the bill (this coverd 4 months) but only found out when i phoned them up to find out why i didnt need to pay the bill, the only time i found out the bill needed paying was when they cut me off even though as soon as i found out id been cut off i paid the bill.

the next point makes me sick,  i am statemented as dislexic and i have spoken to orange about this, in regards to the bills and in regards to geting cut off but not being able to contact them, and yet they failed to contact me for 5 months...  a comunications company failed to contact me through all means either post(failure to change adress despite being asked) phone(calling a cut off mobile and probable the wrong house or text  or e-mail (ive emailed them a few times before because there has been no other way to pay my bill once i was cut off) .

the fact that a debt collection agency had to call for me to be even aware that i still owe them money (even any at all).

be warned if you need to speek to a person at orange you need to be a potental customer otherwise you will never get past their automated service. 

inaddition they refused to sort out my contract as an upgrade as i had to have it under a parents name despite being over 22 not actualy living at home then refused to send the additional bits like speaker and such,  in the end they just deducted of my bill (after 3 months).

the money has only twice in 3 years been an issue and that is only as the outstanding bill had grown.  the last bill i did not even relise i owed so the debt collection agency calling was a bit of a shock.

bering in mind it turns out was paying £3 a month for not having a direct debit for 18 months,  £6 a month for 3 years for insurance ive never used,  £35 a month contract for munuits and texts and £5 a month for broadband that i kept having issues with

£54 £216 £1260 £90 = £1620 over 3 years as well as lots of calls to national rate numbers that are not included in the minutes.

there now charging me another £30 because they were to incompetent to contact me themselves. and an extra two months as well because i failed to tell them i was no longer with orange (despite the fact that they termiated the contract themselves) which ment the 2nd "18 month contract" cost 20 months as they did not relise 18 months is 18 months long.

hmm  was all that "conveniance" worth it?

the money is not an issue  and will be paid off next week (now i actualy know about it i only found out yesterday) but the damage has been done,  and this poor ablity to  comunicate and the discrimination against a recognised disability that i have talked to them about repeatedly has left me thinking even no phone at all is better than one "conected" to orange.

ps i apoligise for the length of the complaint or and repitition and there is more i have probably left out but i am still fumeing but i will keep posting this untill orange acctualy contacts me with the absolute minimum a formal appology for the discrimination.
