Charged me 310. to help find my birth mother. Their "report" after one year included only the information I had given them.FRAUD!!!
During the year I received one call only after I called them several times. In that call I was told they were "making progress" and gave me the names of the same family members I provided them from my own research, nothing more. After a year when I called to complain I was given the lie that they had been trying to call and e-mail me. Totally un-true! There report consisted of an e-mail with a list of names...You guessed it. The same names I had given them (My mother's brother and his children.) Shameful performance. A total rip-off organization. Don't believe the hype they've planted all over the internet.
