They are so stingy over their return policy. Had UNOPENED product with receipt and they won't return it. Don't shop there!

I was told by customer service the file cabinet could be delivered to the upstairs office. All I had to do was request a Delivery Exception

14 day return policy is a deal killer and I won't shop there again. Unreasonable and inflexible policy means I'm not a valued customer.
