Office Depot Sucks
Ordered online w/my CC,got receipt. +5 days call&email was told price was wrong, they cancelled my order and aren't going fill! WRONG TO DO!
I bought paper from Office depot. Paid with CC and got receipt emailed to me. Next day got a back order notice.
5 days later I emailed to get the status. I was told they let me buy it at a wrong price and cancelled my order. They offered to give me a replacement product at $4 more each (I ordered 30), so that would cost me $120. Even at this "discount" price, I could get it cheaper at Walmart's regular price!
They took my order, I should get the product. They didn't even tell me it was cancelled until I emailed.
I called also, the rep said she was sorry, but it was cancelled. I asked to talk to a manager and she put me on hold for a long tiime. She came back and said she couldn't find one. I left my number, but haven't been called.
This is just wrong. And now they have my credit card number!
