Sev. calls w/ put-off RUDE rep after shipped wrong merch. Avoided calling me back to fix order. Now won't ans. my call (trying to complain)

Sev.  calls w/ put-off RUDE rep after shipped wrong merch, confirming exchange, but then stating that he realized original merchandise I ordered was out of stock. Avoided calling me back to fix order when I asked for help resolving their mix-up. Now won't ans. my call - stuck in hold music black hole (trying to complain). Still no refund slip mailed for wrong merchandise. SCARY.
