Had the exact same experience. 3 weeks later, no gear, little to no correspondence, not happy - but they took my money right away!

Ordered K2 skis Sat Apr 3, $400 + free shipping. Ordered Sat, shipped from WI, received in ID on Friday Apr 9 in time to ski tomorrow.Happy!

Sev. calls w/ put-off RUDE rep after shipped wrong merch. Avoided calling me back to fix order. Now won't ans. my call (trying to complain)
